Money Lessons — learn how money works

Finance's money academy: 12 worlds, each lesson Learn → Think → Apply, plus situations, a thinking lab and experiments.

Step 1: Open Money Lessons

In Finance, pick 🧠 Money Lessons (the last tab; on a phone, slide the tab bar). It opens its own page with its own sidebar. Back to Finance, at the top of that sidebar, returns you.

Step 2: Read it without an account

Money Lessons is also public at myfulljourney.com/money-lessons — 138 lessons across 12 worlds — free to read without an account. Signed in, lessons add a line from your own Finance data and save your answers.

Step 3: Start where you are

Start here asks where you are with money and what brings you here, then suggests a level (🌱 Foundation, 🌿 Practical, 🌳 Deep thinking) and one of seven learning paths. It is your choice, not a test, and nothing is locked.

Step 4: Pick a world

Twelve worlds: Money foundations, Your relationship with money, Money psychology, Earning, Spending, Budgeting & cash flow, Saving & safety, Debt & borrowing, Investing & wealth building, Taxes, insurance & financial systems, Wealth, work & life, and the Philosophy of money.

Step 5: Work through a lesson

Each lesson has three steps. Learn: the idea, why it matters, a real example, how people behave, common mistakes and different perspectives. Think: one to three questions, saved privately; Keep as a thought copies your answer to LearnSpace → My Thoughts. Apply: a Try it exercise and a line from your own Finance data, with a link to where you can act.

Step 6: Practise

Real-life situations (a first salary, irregular income, debt, a sudden windfall and more), the Money Thinking Lab (you write your reasoning first, then see how others reason — no single right answer), money experiments with a daily log, world checks that explain every answer and keep no score, and My reflections.

Step 7: Look things up

The money glossary, Books & thinkers (idea, argument and counter-argument) and Concepts A–Z are under Reference in the sidebar. The search at the top of the sidebar finds any lesson.

Step 8: What it is not

Money Lessons is education, not personal financial advice, and never recommends a product. Lessons on tax, insurance, investing and debt say where rules differ by country. What you read shows on Compass → Life map under Money, in words, never a score.
