Use the Portfolio Command Center

Every company you invested in: updates read in structure, what changed, a ledger where each figure names its basis, and what needs you.

Step 1: Open Portfolio

In Investor mode, open Portfolio from the sidebar. It opens on Overview: how many companies you hold, what you have put in by currency, the latest value you recorded and what needs you now.

Step 2: Add an investment

Add investment records the company, amount, currency, date and instrument. Link it to the MyFullJourney startup and the deal it came from if there is one — a linked founder still confirms the investment on their side. You can add the value you hold it at, with its basis.

Step 3: Every figure says where it came from

Each value and transaction carries a basis: founder-reported, investor-entered, transaction record, estimated or unknown. A value you never recorded reads "Not recorded" — never zero — and different currencies are never added together.

Step 4: Open a company

Companies lists each one with its last update, last milestone, open asks and next action. Open one for its workspace: snapshot, updates, metrics, milestones, requests, meetings, documents, monitoring, notes, history and Then vs now — how it compares with why you invested.

Step 5: Read founder updates in structure

Updates shows what each founder sent, split into reported figures, what changed since their previous update, asks, risks and milestones. Opening one marks it read (the founder can see that). Track this ask turns a request for help into something you follow up on.

Step 6: Performance, honestly

Performance shows what you put in, what you got back and the latest recorded value per currency, with the date and basis of every value. Nothing is calculated that the records cannot support — IRR is not shown.
