Step 1: Open Habits

Go to the Habits page from the navigation.

Step 2: Add a habit

Create a habit, set its frequency, and optionally write why it matters.

Step 3: Link to a goal or skill

Connect the habit to a goal or skill so you see the bigger purpose.

Step 4: Log completions

Mark the habit done each day to build a streak (or ask the companion to log it).

Step 5: Read your story

See an AI-written recap of your habits and patterns over the month.
