Open each interview as a workspace: brief, planned questions and coverage, notes, an optional transcript with the candidate’s agreement, AI evidence to review, your scorecard and the panel debrief.
In Interviews (/interviews), Interview operations shows today, feedback waiting, ready for debrief and upcoming. Open any interview to get its workspace, with tabs for Brief, Questions, Notes, Transcript, Scorecard and Activity.
The Brief says what this round decides, what earlier rounds already covered, what to focus on, what not to repeat, what not to evaluate, and the candidate’s published experience.
Questions shows the interview plan: each requirement, its questions, the evidence you are listening for and the scorecard criterion it lands in. Add your own, or press Prepare questions for Copilot’s suggestions — each says why it is asked, and any that repeat an earlier question are left out. Saving one to your library makes a draft for you to review.
Interviewer mode shows one question at a time with a timer, private notes per question and what is covered so far. Suggest a follow-up gives one neutral question when you ask for it; it never comments on the answer.
On Transcript, Ask the candidate about recording shows them a clear notice in their own account; they agree or decline. Until they agree, recording, upload and paste stay locked. Audio is never kept — only the transcript, which is deleted automatically after your retention period, or at once if they withdraw.
With a transcript, Prepare notes from the transcript gives draft evidence mapped to your questions and areas, each with the moment it was said. Keep, edit or dismiss each item. Items that could not be matched to the transcript are left out. The AI never rates the candidate.
Your scorecard is yours. Kept evidence for a criterion appears as an AI-generated draft you can copy into that criterion’s note; the rating and the overall call stay empty until you pick them.
On the candidate’s decision page, the Debrief brief shows what everyone agrees on, where the panel differs with each interviewer’s own words and any kept transcript moments, and what is still unresolved. Ask about an interview answers from the transcript and notes with timestamps. Nothing is averaged and the decision stays with you.
