Manage your product roadmap

Now, Next, Later and Shipped — with a stall dot on anything in Now that nobody has touched.

Step 1: Open Product, then Roadmap

In the DEVELOP group of the founder sidebar.

Step 2: Add to a column

Now, Next or Later.

Step 3: Put a rhythm on Now items

Items in Now can carry a check-in cadence, which is what stops them quietly stalling.

Step 4: Watch the stall dots

Amber then red. A Now column full of things nobody has touched in three weeks is not a roadmap.
