Where you still fit as AI grows, and eight human capabilities to build.
Go to LearnSpace and select the Beyond AI tab (🌅), or tap the Learn Beyond AI card on My Space.
The lessons are also public at myfulljourney.com/beyond-ai — 19 lessons across 9 areas, each with a worked example — free to read without an account. Signed in, this tab adds the labs, the challenges and your own path.
The Curriculum begins with short lessons on how AI works, where it is strong and where it is currently unreliable. Mark a lesson as read when you finish it.
Eight areas follow: Think, Judge, Create, Understand People, Build, Learn How to Learn, Experience Reality, and Purpose & Agency. Each area is a five-step cycle — Think (one difficult question), Learn (short lessons, each with a worked example), Practise (a controlled exercise), Apply (a real-world challenge) and Reflect (what did you discover?). One step is on screen at a time; the sidebar lists all five with a tick against the ones you have done, and the Continue button at the foot of a step takes you to the next. Nothing is locked — open any step, in any order, as often as you like.
Every lesson ends with “Put it to work in…” — try it on one of your courses, log it as practice on a skill, keep it as a thought, or start a creation. Marking “I tried it” there moves the area to Applied, and it is listed in LearnSpace › Review.
Pick one of the four challenges from the Lab, or from the sidebar. Write your own solution first — only then is AI’s approach shown, and it never sees yours. Answer the comparison questions (what each of you missed, what you would combine and test) and save the lab.
Challenges such as Think Without AI, Human Interview, Teach Someone and Deep Work are things to actually do. Open one from the Challenges page or the sidebar. One is suggested each week; all are always open. Write what you learned and choose "I did this".
Select capabilities on the Human Capability Map and, if you like, say how each feels right now in your own view. My path shows which of five phases your activity puts you in — nothing is locked.
Each area moves from Learned (read a lesson) to Practised (a prompt, practice or lab) to Applied (a challenge or a real-life application). There is no score — finishing lessons alone never counts as having the skill.
Choose a role such as Socratic Coach, Debate Partner or Reviewer. On this tab the companion asks questions and gives hints rather than solving exercises for you.
Frontier & your work shows, for areas like writing, coding and leadership, what AI can assist with today, what still requires people, what to develop and how to practise — each card dated with when it was last reviewed. Below it, "How does your work change?" walks Tasks → AI assistance → Human contribution → Skills to develop, with worked examples, and links to My job tasks to do it for your own work.
Life lessons in the Beyond AI sidebar holds Staying safe online: five lessons on passwords and two-step sign-in, phishing and scams, your privacy and digital footprint, how feeds shape what you see, and using technology without it using you.
Open Learn Beyond AI — grow the capabilities that matter more as AI improves in the app (sign-in required).
