Write what is on your mind, linked to the goals and habits behind it.
Go to Journey in the main navigation and select the Journal tab.
The box asks “What's on your mind?” and is ready to type in as soon as the page opens. There is nothing to fill in first — no type, no mood, no tags.
Type two square brackets to search your own goals, habits, skills, people, courses and notes, then pick one to link it. Writing a link to something that does not exist yet is fine — it is kept as a reminder to create it.
The entry is saved immediately and appears as a page in your journal grid, newest first. Shift+Enter adds a line break instead.
“Expand into full reflection” opens the full editor with formatting, a date picker and voice recording, carrying whatever you have already typed.
Your thoughts are private to you. They help your companion notice patterns over time, and are never shown to employers, mentors or anyone else.
