Workflows that prepare a deal for diligence, meetings and your decision — every action waits for your confirmation.
Open a deal from your pipeline and choose the Agent tab. It shows the deal’s facts — research, diligence, last recorded contact, decision, open questions, documents — without any score.
Choose First look, Prepare diligence, Founder questions, Prepare meeting, After the meeting, Review deal, Since my last review, Investment memo, Prepare my decision, Follow-ups, Research gaps or Compare — or type a command such as “Prepare this deal for diligence”. Anything else goes to your companion with the deal’s context.
Each run lists its steps, what it read, the drafts it prepared, and anything it could not verify — with what it found, what is missing and what you can do next.
Proposals — a checklist item, a follow-up, a note, a stage move, a research run — do nothing until you confirm. Edit changes what will be saved. A request to the founder asks you a second time, because it reaches them.
After the meeting: paste your notes and get proposed decisions, commitments (yours and the founder’s), new information, new questions and a follow-up date to confirm.
On the Decision tab, answer the decision preparation questions first. Passing offers reasons, a revisit date and keep watching. Investing prepares the portfolio record — you type the amount to confirm, and a linked founder still confirms the investment. A journal entry is proposed after either.
Reversible actions have Undo (a request is withdrawn instead — the founder may already have seen it). Agent Activity in the sidebar lists every run: the command, what it read, what it proposed, and what you confirmed or not.
