Use the Hiring Command Center

Your hiring dashboard: what needs you, why, and what to do next — with Hiring Copilot.

Step 1: Start at the dashboard

Open Dashboard in Hiring mode (/employer-dashboard). Four cards at the top count your active roles, candidates in motion, interviews today and actions waiting on you. Each card opens the place that clears it.

Step 2: Clear Needs You first

Needs You lists what is waiting on you — feedback not written, a candidate waiting past your usual pace, an interview not confirmed, an offer near its answer-by date. Each item says what happened, who it concerns, why it matters, and has a button that opens that candidate or offer.

Step 3: Read the urgency words

Urgent, Important and Normal come from real dates and waiting time — an offer expiring tomorrow, an interview today, someone waiting a week. They are never a score of you or of a candidate.

Step 4: Mark it, or dismiss it

Choose “I’m on it” to keep an item marked, or Dismiss to hide it. Nothing is deleted: “View all” (/hiring-actions) lists every open action, and its Done & dismissed tab shows how each one ended — for example “Feedback was submitted” — and lets you put a dismissed one back.

Step 5: Let Copilot prepare, then decide

On an item where a candidate is waiting, Prepare follow-up asks Hiring Copilot to draft a short message from this role, this application and your thread only — and opens it in the same card the Copilot panel uses. You read it, edit any word, and Confirm & Send — nothing is sent before that. If Copilot cannot run, your hiring still works and you can write the message yourself.

Step 6: Review with Copilot

Review with Copilot opens Hiring Copilot and asks what needs your attention, answered from the same actions on screen. Ask it anything about a role or candidate from there. It explains and prepares; it never decides who is hired or rejected, and never scores or ranks candidates.

Step 7: See where each role stands

What’s happening shows each active role with its applicants, shortlist, interviews and who is ready for a decision; click a role to open its Hiring Room. Recent activity lists what happened — applications, interview replies, feedback, offers — and each line opens the candidate it is about.

Step 8: Search everything with ⌘K

Press Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac) or click “Search or jump to…” to find a role, a candidate, an interview, someone in your Talent Pool or a referral by name, run an action like “Open pending applications”, or ask Hiring Copilot.

Open Use the Hiring Command Center in the app (sign-in required).
