Control permissions, AI, data and security in Hiring Admin

Permission matrix, AI controls and pause switch, AI usage, retention, exports, data requests, sessions, incidents and the audit log.

Step 1: Open Hiring Admin

In Hiring mode, open Hiring Admin under COMPANY in the sidebar (/hiring-admin). Tabs: Overview (measured system status), People & permissions, AI controls, Automations, Data, Security, Plan & usage and Audit log. Business Profile → Settings links here for password, email and account deletion.

Step 2: Control what AI may do

AI controls lets you switch off message drafts, interview briefs, interview notes, research or unattended agents, set monthly limits below your plan's, and Pause everything — AI and every automation stop at once while applications, pipeline, interviews, offers and messages keep working. Turning AI back on leaves automations paused until you restart each one. Rules no setting can change are listed and locked: AI never decides, scores, ranks, uses private-life data or sends to a candidate without a person.

Step 3: Keep and remove data

Data sets how long rejected applications keep their personal content (off by default; past the window it is cleared and the fact of the application stays) and how long automation run records are kept. Export your company's hiring data as one file, or one candidate's. Deleting a candidate's data needs their name typed and refuses records of a hire. Candidate data requests appear here, due in 30 days: share a copy, delete, or decline with a reason they will read.

Step 4: Security and incidents

Security changes your password or sign-in email, lists where you are signed in with Sign out other sessions, shows recent security events, and keeps incidents as a checklist — detect, contain, pause, investigate, recover, record. Delete this hiring account shows what happens first, needs your company name typed, and tells each candidate with an open application once.

Step 5: Read the audit log

Audit log lists who changed what and when — jobs, offers and their versions, automations, team and permission changes, AI controls, exports and deletions — plus meaningful access (who opened a candidate's application, interview notes, a transcript or an offer) and what AI did. Lines cannot be edited or deleted. The public Trust & security page (/trust/hiring) explains all of this to candidates; it is not a compliance certification.
