Health Learn & Practice — learn and practise wellbeing skills

Health's learning and practice space: 12 modules, guided techniques, labs and paths. Education, never diagnosis.

Step 1: Open Learn & Practice

In Health, pick 🌱 Learn & Practice (the last tab; on a phone, slide the tab bar). It opens its own page with its own sidebar. Back to Health, at the top of that sidebar, returns you.

Step 2: Read it without an account

Health Learn & Practice is also public at myfulljourney.com/health-learn — 192 lessons across 12 modules, 44 guided techniques and 11 “What are you going through?” pages — free to read without an account. Signed in, it saves your practice and suggests lessons from your own sleep and exercise logs.

Step 3: Choose what to work on

Start here lists fourteen topics — mental wellbeing, digital habits, stress & anxiety, sleep, energy, physical activity, procrastination, relationships, emotional regulation, resilience, motivation, purpose, focus and daily routine. Pick any; one becomes your path, a few short weeks of lessons, techniques and labs. Nothing is locked.

Step 4: Pick a module

Twelve modules in four groups. Mind: Understanding your mind, Attention & digital life, Motivation & getting unstuck, Thinking skills. Emotional wellbeing: Stress & emotional regulation, Worry & rumination, Relationships. Body: Sleep & recovery, Movement & body care, Food & energy. Life system: Healthy routine & environment, Resilience, purpose & growth.

Step 5: Work through a lesson

Each lesson has three steps. Understand: the idea, why it works, an example, when to use it, common mistakes and what the evidence says, with its sources. Practise: a short exercise now, guided techniques, and your own answers, saved privately. Apply: one thing to try today, a button to add it to your schedule or make it a habit, and a reflection.

Step 6: Practise with guided techniques

The Technique library has guided practices — slow breathing with a pacer, grounding, muscle relaxation, thought records, worry time, the two-minute start, focus sessions, sleep practices, movement and more. Each ends with how you feel now and saves to your practice history; save favourites to My practices.

Step 7: What are you going through?

Near the top of Learn & Practice (and in the sidebar), What are you going through? has a page for each hard feeling: anger, self-doubt, panic, tension, pressure, fear, anxiety, stress, loneliness, low mood and depression, and being hurt by words. Each says what it is, why it happens, what helps right now, what helps over time and when to get help.

Step 8: Use it in the moment

What can I do right now? — pick “I can't focus”, “I'm procrastinating”, “I feel overwhelmed”, “I'm overusing my phone” or others for three or four techniques that fit. Practice labs walk through the Stress Lab, “I'm avoiding something”, Thought Check, Digital Audit, the Activation Planner and the Worry Sorter step by step.

Step 9: Track and explore

Today's practice gives one small thing for mind, body, recovery and connection plus a reflection. Health experiments start a real experiment in Health › My Journey from a template. Explore holds Evidence & sources, Myth vs evidence, Who studies what? and the glossary.

Step 10: What it is not

It is education and self-help, never a diagnosis or treatment, and it never advises on medication. Lessons say how strong the evidence is. When self-help isn't enough (in the sidebar) explains when to reach out and links a helpline finder for your country. What you read shows on Compass → Life map in words, never a score.
