What are you going through? — anger, anxiety, panic, loneliness, low mood

A page for each hard feeling — what it is, what helps now and over time, when to get help.

Step 1: Find it

Open Health → 🌱 Learn & Practice and pick What are you going through? — near the top of the home page and second in the sidebar. From Health → Mind, the Learn and practise line links straight there. It is also public at myfulljourney.com/health-learn/feelings, free to read without an account.

Step 2: Pick what you are feeling

Eleven pages: anger, self-doubt, panic, tension, pressure, fear, anxiety, stress, loneliness, low mood and depression, and being hurt by words (an insult, a put-down or a cruel comment). Each card says it in plain words, like “I get angry and say or do things I regret”.

Step 3: Read what it is

Each page starts with what the feeling is and what it is for, why it happens, and how it can show up in your body, thoughts and behaviour. The signs are common ones, not a checklist — nothing on the page tells you that you have a condition.

Step 4: Do something right now

What helps right now is a short numbered list for the moment itself, with guided techniques you can open and follow — slow breathing, grounding, a pause, naming the feeling. Short on time? The link at the bottom opens the matching What can I do right now? page.

Step 5: Build what helps over time

What helps over time lists the habits and skills that make the feeling smaller week by week, and What tends to keep it going names the things that bring quick relief and make it harder later, like avoiding or venting. Understand it better links the lessons that go deeper.

Step 6: Know when to get help

Every page ends with When to get help — signs it is more than self-help can carry — and a helpline finder for your country (findahelpline.com). The panic and low mood pages also say plainly when to get medical or emergency help now.

Step 7: Reflect, save or talk it through

Signed in, you can save a page to My learning, write a private reflection, or press Talk it through with your companion, which opens your AI companion with a first line you can edit. It is not a therapist and never sends anything for you.

Open What are you going through? — anger, anxiety, panic, loneliness, low mood in the app (sign-in required).
