Keep your wider Network

Colleagues, collaborators and connections worth keeping — the ring outside your inner circle.

Step 1: Open People → My Network

Go to People and select the Network tab.

Step 2: Add people worth keeping

Add colleagues and collaborators with the relationship that describes them.

Step 3: Search when you need someone

Search by name or relationship to find the person you half-remember.

Step 4: Keep contact real

A relationship is only as warm as the last real exchange — logging it is what keeps the record honest.
