Journey Tools — turn a goal into this week

Four planners from your own goals, schedule and vision: a next step, a week check, a focus sorter, direction on one page.

Step 1: Open Journey and select Tools

Go to Journey and select Tools. Each card says the question it answers; the six guided practices from Life Navigation Lessons are listed there too.

Step 2: Goal → this week

Pick one of your goals, choose one of its open steps or write the next one, give it a day and a length, and press “Put it on my schedule”. You can also add a new step to the goal — that box starts unticked.

Step 3: Week reality check

See the next seven days: what is still to do each day, the time you estimated, and the same with a buffer of half as much again — a rule of thumb from the lesson on realistic plans. If you type how many hours you usually have, days with more planned than that are marked. Nothing is saved.

Step 4: Focus sorter

Sort each goal into Now, Soon or Later. It changes the goal’s own priority, so My Goals shows the same thing. It never tells you how many is too many — the choice is yours.

Step 5: Direction on one page

Your purpose, values and horizons, your goals with their next step, the coming week and your last review, side by side. It draws no conclusions — you read it and notice what lines up.

Step 6: Nothing saves on its own

Every write is a button you press, and each tool links to the lessons behind it.
