Structured reviews of a period, plus a computed digest of what actually happened.
Go to Journey and select the Reviews tab.
Click “New Review” and choose the Review Type (the period you are reviewing).
Something that went well; something that was difficult; what you learned; what you will prioritize next. Add an overall rating if you want one.
The digest panel shows what actually happened in the period, computed from your own rows — not a number it invented.
Saved reviews are fed back to your companion, so it can hold you to the thing you named as next.
Open Write a review and look back honestly in the app (sign-in required).
