Where each MyFullJourney application stands, what happens next, interviews, offers and what you are waiting on.
Go to /jobs and choose My Journey, the first tab. Anything that needs your answer is at the top under Needs you — replying to an interview, choosing a time, answering an offer, a new message or a company request. When you open Discover, a strip there tells you if something is waiting.
Each application shows one of seven plain statuses — Applied, Under review (the hiring team opened it), Shortlisted, Interviewing, Offer, Hired or Not selected — and a What happens next line. When nothing is needed from you it says so, and You're waiting on lists applications where the next move is the company's. Open an application for its full timeline.
An interview invitation shows the round, date, time, length, format, interviewer and agenda. Confirm it, Decline, or Ask to move with a reason — the company decides the new time. If you were offered several times, choose one; if someone else takes it a moment before you, you are told to pick another. Prepare for this interview opens your own checklist and notes, which only you can see.
An offer shows every term: pay, start date, answer-by date and anything else agreed. Accept, Decline, or Discuss / negotiate — pick any topics (compensation, start date, work arrangement, other) or just write. If the company revises it, the version you saw is kept and the card shows exactly what changed.
You see a kind message, and the company's own words if it chose to share a reason. Links take you to other roles, your profile, your career evidence and referrals. Your history stays.
On an application, the Career & Hiring Copilot buttons open your companion with that application in front of it — to summarise the job, prepare for an interview, understand an offer or write a reply. It explains what the record shows; it cannot know what the company privately thinks.
Privacy & controls (top of My Journey) switches whether companies can discover you, whether companies you have not applied to may send interview requests, and interview reminders — each recorded with when you chose it. Download all your hiring data, or ask a company for a copy of what it holds or to delete it; it has 30 days to answer. Each application also shows How AI was involved.
