Health Tools — try an idea with your own logs

Small calculators: a sleep planner, caffeine and bedtime, compare your days, your movement week, focus and screens.

Step 1: Open Health and select Tools

Go to Health and select the Tools tab. Each card says the question it answers.

Step 2: Plan your sleep

The sleep planner works back from the time you need to be up: when to start winding down and when to have the lights out. It shows the sleep you actually logged over the last two weeks beside it, and can add the wind-down to today’s schedule.

Step 3: Check caffeine and bedtime

Type your last coffee or tea and your bedtime. It shows roughly how much caffeine could still be with you at bedtime, as a range, because people clear it at very different speeds.

Step 4: Compare your days

Pick sleep, movement, water or screen time and see the mood and stress you rated on days on each side. It needs at least three days on each side, and it is a pattern in your own logs — not proof of cause.

Step 5: See your movement week and your screens

Movement week adds up the minutes and days you logged in the last seven days. Focus and screen time sets your focused hours beside your screen time outside work.

Step 6: Test it for a week

Most tools offer a one-week experiment, pre-filled. You confirm it, and it runs on My Journey, where the result is compared with the days before.

Step 7: Nothing is saved on its own

The tools only save when you press a button, and none of it is medical advice. Each one links to the lessons behind it.
