Group habits you do as one thing, and give yourself a phase with an end date instead of forever.
Go to Habits and select the Routines tab. Routines and seasons both live here.
Tap “+ New routine”, name it (Morning, Evening, Wind-down) and pick a time of day. A routine is a set of habits you do together as one thing rather than five separate reminders.
Under a routine, tap any of your unassigned habits to add it. The order is the order you do them in. The next unfinished step is marked “up next” — a suggestion only, so you can always tick them out of order.
A season is a phase with a name, an optional end date and the habits that belong to it — “AI Engineer — Foundation”, say. It exists so that letting a habit go at the end is finishing something, not failing at it.
“Close it out” freezes the season’s numbers — days, sessions, consistency, moments — and keeps them as a record. Those numbers never change afterwards, even if you edit an old log.
Open Build routines and seasons in the app (sign-in required).
