Finance Future — bills, net worth and debt

Bills ahead, net worth with its date, and how your debt is really tracking.

Step 1: Open Finance and select Future

Finance opens on My Money. Select the Future tab.

Step 2: Add a recurring bill or income

Recurring items are a forecast — they never count as spent until you mark one done, which writes a real transaction and rolls the date forward. Your safe-to-spend accounts for them straight away.

Step 3: Add account balances

You type these yourself; nothing connects to a bank. The page shows how old each balance is, so an out-of-date figure is never presented as today's.

Step 4: Check a debt

If a payment does not cover the monthly interest, the page says the balance is not coming down rather than showing a payoff date that will never arrive.

Step 5: See what you have reached

Milestones are things that already happened, with the month they happened in. There is nothing locked to grind toward.
