Go to Compass and select Learn, the last tab. On a phone, slide the tab bar sideways to reach it.
The switcher at the top shows one set at a time: Knowing yourself, Ethics & dilemmas, Meaning & purpose or Practical life (documents, contracts, emergencies, big purchases, running a home). They ask questions and never tell you the answer.
Every lesson title and takeaway is visible. Open one for a worked example, then press Done reading. Under Put it to work: Practise, Use it for real and Reflect. Practical life also has a checklist you tick when each item is true, with no order and no finish line.
