Let your companion prepare things on a schedule

A daily briefing, a weekly review and topic watches that read only what you allow and change nothing without your approval.

Step 1: Open Automations

Go to the AI Center and open the Automations tab (/ai-center?tab=automations). Nothing runs until you set it up there.

Step 2: Set up a Daily Life Briefing

Choose the time and time zone. Each day it prepares your focus goal and its next step, what is on today, dates coming up and carried-over tasks, and stays silent when there is nothing new to say. It can read your focus, goals and schedule — never health or money.

Step 3: Set up a Weekly Life Review

Once a week it lays out facts from your records, possible meanings labelled as readings rather than facts, and choices such as moving a task or keeping the plan. Nothing changes until you tick a choice and approve it. Health and money start unticked and, if you allow them, only count the days you logged.

Step 4: Watch a topic

A topic watch looks for new, sourced information on something you choose, weekly or monthly — never daily, and at most five watches.

Step 5: See what each one may do

Every automation card lists what it may read and what it may do. Run now prepares it immediately; each run is kept in its history with what happened.

Step 6: Plan a step toward a goal

Turning a goal into this week's tasks happens in one place: Journey › Tools › Goal → this week. You choose the day and how long, see exactly what will be added, and confirm.

Step 7: Pause, change or stop

Pause, edit or turn off any automation from its card, or pause everything at once from the AI Center overview. Automations share your limit of two companion messages a day.
