Track relationships and who is going cold

The founder CRM, with a cooling read judged against each person's own rhythm rather than a fixed number of days.

Step 1: Open Relationships

In the RUN group of the founder sidebar.

Step 2: Add a contact

Or find someone already there.

Step 3: Log a touch

Click Log contact and record what the contact actually was.

Step 4: Read the radar

The first tab shows who is cooling, measured against that person's own usual rhythm — so a yearly contact is not flagged at 60 days.

Step 5: Understand "can't assess"

That means you have never logged an interaction. No date is reported as unknown, never as cold — inventing a temperature for someone you simply never logged is how a radar loses trust.
