A notebook for problems you notice: who has them, your evidence, and what to find out next.
In Founder mode, open DISCOVER in the founder sidebar and choose Problem Discovery. It is about problems, not startup ideas — start with something you noticed people struggle with.
Press Capture a problem, give it a short title and describe what you observed. That is all it asks at first; everything else lives in the problem's own workspace.
In the workspace, add who experiences it, when it happens, how often, what makes it painful, what people do today and what it costs. Every question is optional and saves as you type — leave anything you don't know blank rather than guessing.
Each time you see or hear something, add an evidence entry: where it came from, what happened, who, and when. The page shows which kinds of evidence you have so far — seen it, heard it, noticed it more than once, people already spending time or money on it, people looking for something better.
Keep three lists: what you know, what you believe, and what you don't know. When you find evidence for a belief or an answer to a question, move it to What I know.
The page suggests one thing to find out next, from what is still missing — for example, talk to three people who have the problem, or ask how often it happens. When you are ready, turn your answers into a problem statement.
Compare problems side by side by their evidence. When you have reviewed one, mark it Worth investigating yourself — the page never decides for you. Your first milestone is three.
Continue to Customer Discovery opens that research with your problem filled in — who has it, the problem, and what they use today — so you can check it and run it.
