Look after your investors

Investors, their requests, the update and board rhythm, and the help they give.

Step 1: Open Investor Relations

In Founder mode, open GROW & SCALE in the founder sidebar and choose Investor Relations. It starts where Fundraising ends — once the money is in.

Step 2: Add your investors

Closing an investor on Fundraising brings them here. You can also add someone already in Relationships, or someone new, and link investments that were confirmed on MyFullJourney to the right person.

Step 3: Track requests

On Requests, record what an investor asked for, the owner and the deadline. A deadline puts it in your Command Center, and answering it here completes it there. Requests investors sent you on MyFullJourney are listed too.

Step 4: Keep the rhythm

On Calendar, set how often you update investors and meet the board, and add reporting dates. The next update date comes from the last update you sent. Updates are written on Investor Updates from your real numbers; on Updates here you see who opened each one, their reactions, and note what came back.

Step 5: Record help and involvement

On Help & introductions, record introductions and advice investors gave — a record, not a rating. On each investor, choose how involved they are (Information, Advice, Board role, Formal approval where applicable); your agreements, not this page, decide legal rights.
