Bring a decision, doubt or hard moment; Guru answers in the companion, keeping your MFJ data, current research and general founder knowledge apart.
In Founder mode, open MENTALITY in the founder sidebar and choose Founder Guru. On any founder page you can also choose Ask Founder Guru at the bottom of the sidebar (on a phone, at the top of More) to ask about that page — Pricing opens with “Am I pricing too early?”.
Type the decision, problem or doubt — it does not need to be well structured — and choose Ask Founder Guru. The companion opens with your question ready to edit, and its header shows Founder Guru. Nothing is sent until you send it.
Choose one of the starters: Should I hire? Should I pivot? Should I raise money? Should I launch now? Should I change my pricing? Keep going or stop? — or a hard moment such as An investor rejected me.
For a real question Guru gives what it understands, what matters, a reality check, options, its recommendation, the risks and one next move. It labels what came from your MFJ, from current research and from general founder knowledge, and says when it does not have enough about your situation to personalise.
Under What Guru may use, switch each Mentality source on or off. Under What Guru remembers, type something and choose Remember this; choose Forget to remove it.
