See your whole go-to-market

The customer journey on one page, and what needs you across it.

Step 1: Open the Go to Market hub

In Founder mode, open GO TO MARKET in the founder sidebar and choose Hub. It answers one question: how do we get real people to try, buy, activate, succeed with and keep using this product? A launch is one moment in that journey, not the start.

Step 2: Read the six blocks

Acquisition (where people come from — first-user sources, live Distribution channels, running campaigns), Conversion (open deals in Sales, won and lost in the last 30 days), Early traction (first users reached, signed up, activated and back again), Customer outcomes (customers who reached what they came for), Retention (retained, inactive, left, renewals coming up) and Learning (what customers sent back to Product and Strategy). Every line comes from what you recorded on those pages; an empty block says what would fill it.

Step 3: Act on what needs attention

Under What needs attention you see up to five items from across First Users, Sales, Customer Success and your experiments — a customer with an unresolved issue, an overdue follow-up, a new user who has not been helped, a deal with no contact for two weeks, an experiment that ended with nothing recorded. Each says why it surfaced and opens the right record.

Step 4: Use the loop

The loop shows how the section fits together: Distribution finds people, Marketing creates interest, Sales converts, First Users teaches you about early users, Customer Success helps them reach value, Retention shows why they stay or leave, and that goes back into Product and Strategy. Each station opens its page. The six pages each have one job, listed at the bottom, so they never become six versions of get users.
