AI Activity, plans, memory, permissions and briefs: what the companion read, proposed and changed, and what it may do next.
In Founder mode, open RUN THE COMPANY in the sidebar and choose AI Companion. Every change the companion makes still waits for your confirm.
Every answer, plan, research run and change the companion made or proposed is listed with what it read, how many changes it proposed, how many you confirmed and how many you said no to.
In the companion, ask for something like "Plan how to get our first 10 customers". It returns steps — research, a goal, commitments, pages to open — and nothing happens until you approve all, some or an edited version. Plans you approved stay on the Plans tab.
Memory lists what the companion keeps about you and your startup, and the past conversations it remembers. Forget removes one. The companion can suggest something to remember from what you wrote; it only keeps it when you choose Keep.
Choose, per area, what the companion may read (finance, people, decisions, personal life…), whether it remembers conversations or facts, which kinds of changes it may propose, and what it may share. A switched-off area is left out of every answer.
Founder Home shows the Founder Brief — what changed, what needs attention, decisions, the current bottleneck, learning, activity, upcoming commitments and a suggested next move — plus End of day. Briefs & notifications sets the morning brief, end-of-day and digest timing. The eye-off button in the companion starts a temporary chat that is not remembered.
