Against your runway on the Finance page.

Step 4: Post the role

From My Team under GROW, on the Roles tab.

Step 5: Respond to applicants

The Applicants tab badges people still waiting on a first response from you — someone else's time is the cost of that delay.

Open Plan and make your first hire in the app (sign-in required).
