Every industry A–Z, the roles inside, and the work that draws you.
Find the section “Kinds of work that draw you”. It is private: only you and your companion see it, and it never changes how employers find you.
Search any industry or kind of business — healthcare, garments, solar, tutoring, a dental clinic — and pick it. If it is not listed, choose “Use” to keep your own words. Pick as many or as few as you like, up to twelve.
Select “Explore every kind of work” to browse all sectors A–Z. Open a sector to see the businesses in it and the roles people hold there, then open a business type to see the work inside it.
A role shows what the work involves, where it happens, and the skills it usually asks for — split into what you can already show and what you could build next. Work that usually needs a licence says so, because requirements differ by country.
“Plan toward this role” opens the Career change planner on the Growth tab with that role selected. “See openings here” opens Jobs filtered to that industry.
Everything is listed A–Z. Nothing is ranked by pay, prestige or who usually does the work, and nothing is recommended to you because of who you are.
