In Hiring mode, go to Library. Everything you have saved or written lives here, beside the resources MyFullJourney provides.
On any MFJ template, question, playbook, strategy or plan, use Save to My Library — or Create my version to start your own copy under a new name. The original never changes.
Create templates in Templates, questions and interview sets in Interview Library, playbooks in Playbooks, and strategies and hiring plans on the Library page.
Open a strategy, plan or playbook and use Link something to relate the template, questions or playbook that go with it.
Insert a template in a candidate message, load an interview set into an interview brief, and attach a hiring plan or apply a strategy in a job's Hiring Room.
Star what you use most, archive what you have finished with. Anything that has been used is archived rather than deleted, so old hiring records still say what they used.
