Jobs lists research, workflow and hiring jobs as Queued, Running, Waiting for you, Finished or Failed, with where to open each.
Activity lists every action the companion prepared or carried out — what it was, its level (read, prepare, write, outward or sensitive), whether you approved it and what happened.
Pause all automations stops scheduled runs and background preparation until you resume. Nothing is sent to anyone without your confirmation either way.
Memory shows what you asked the companion to remember, by scope — personal or one mode. Keep, edit or forget each one. Conversations it remembers can be forgotten one by one. A temporary chat is never remembered.
Updates, research and reminders can arrive instantly, in a daily digest, or be turned off. Action and security notifications always arrive. Quiet hours hold everything except security until they end.
Usage shows how many AI calls each feature made in the last 30 days — counts, not money. Retention says what is kept and for how long.
